About The CiB

The CiB

I represent the cyclist who shares the passion / glory / despair / pain / pleasure / blood, sweat & tears / hypoglycemia / glycogen storage / base miles / high intensity / sugar, sugar, sugar / put me back on my bike / sex, lies & handlebar tape / history of cycling.
There are 2 types of cyclists, those who crash and those who are going to crash. The CiB is that! I am the Opus Dei of cycling, I madly scurry to assess the bicycle before myself.

“Cycling is my religion and the bicycle is my church.”

If the road points up or downhill I push the limits.

I wear road rash proudly like a new piece of clothing. I don’t have a pair of jeans that is free of grease marks.

I am the cyclist who feels great when everyone else comments that I look like an emaciated street cat, light, nimble and hungry… to ride…

My blog is about the passion of cycling, with the odd twist of words woven in, lyrics that I describe as an emotional trigger, helping me to push the limits and explore my inner boundaries.
